Coach Boone runs a very run heavy offense in the double tight double wing offense as the Mustangs ran for close to 6,000 yards last season. Coach Boone talks about his unconventional offense, not punting the football in 12 years, kicking onside kicks, and controlling the clock for majority of games. Lee also talks to Coach Boone's star bruising 255 pound running back Carlos Bazert Jr., who has ran for close to 4,000 yards and 50 touchdowns in his career. Finally, we bring back a throwback from Louisiana Football T.V. Magazine when Lee interviewed former Southern Lab Kittens Tyrion Davis Price and Kardell Thomas. Tyrion Davis Price just got drafted with the San Francisco 49ers from LSU and currently, Kardell Thomas is entering his junior year and competing for a starting job on the offensive line this fall.

Lee also talks to LSU Baseball signee Ethan Frey, who was the quarterback for the Eagles this past season and now leads the baseball team as they seek a Class 2A Baseball State Championship. Ethan talks about his senior football season capped off by a game winning two point conversion to send the Eagles to the Quarters, having multiple 3 home run games for the baseball team, committing to LSU Baseball as a freshman, and what should Tiger fans should expect from him in the future!
