Also, Lee covers a lot of topics with new Lafayette High School head football coach Cedric Figaro, who talks about going back home to coach the team he played at in high school, playing at Notre Dame during their hay day with Lou Holtz as the head coach, playing in the NFL, being around Hall of Fame coaches Bill Belichick and Nick Saban when he was with the Cleveland Browns, his nephew Minnesota Vikings LB Anthony Barr, winning a state championship as an assistant coach with his son Thaos Figaro, who is one of the top linebackers in the state at Acadiana High School, and so much more!

For Monday’s episode of the Sports Scouting Report Podcast, Lee Brecheen interviews one of the best defensive tackles in the state in John Curtis High School DT Elinus Noel III, who talks about the LSU Tigers, his former teammate Tulane signee Angelo Anderson, and playing for legendary head coach J.T. Curtis. Also, Lee interviews Timmy Hughes, who is the father of freshman Red River High School baseball phenom Tyler Hughes. Tyler just hit 27 home runs at Arizona Diamondbacks Major League Baseball stadium including a 429 foot home run winning a Home Run Derby National Showcase, and his father talks about the experience as well as seeing his son do that as only an eighth grader.

Also, we release the second part of Lee's interview with former LSU Basketball player John Tudor as he talks about how he got to LSU as well as his thoughts on former Coach John Brady and current basketball coach Will Wade. Finally, Lee gives his reactions to Clarkston High School four star offensive lineman Garrett Dellinger committing to the LSU Tigers.

For Monday's episode of the Sports Scouting Report Podcast, Lee Brecheen catches up with former LSU Basketball player John Tudor, who talks about playing against NBA legends Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Joe Dumars back in high school and college. Tudor also talks about playing on some of the best Tiger basketball teams under coach Dale Brown and gives a story about how his ancestor helped form Louisiana College in Pineville. There is so much to talk about with Tudor that there will actually be a part two published for Friday's show. Finally, Lee interviews longtime Pope John Paul II High School assistant coach Franklin Thomas, who has a son in Jalen Thomas that is one of the biggest sleepers in the St. Tammany-Tangipahoa area. Coach Thomas also talks about his playing career at Grambling under Hall of Fame coach Eddie Robinson along with his professional career in the NFL and the Arena Football League.

Also, Dick Gibbs calls into the show to not only talk about his Nicholls State playing days, his son Dylan Gibbs, who is a senior linebacker for the Destrehan Wildcats, but also to tell the story of his grandfather Ronald Gibbs, who served as a referee in the NFL and was most famously known for officiating the greatest NFL game ever played in the 1958 NFL Championship featuring the Baltimore Colts and New York Giants. Gibbs also talks about how that game alone helped form relationships between his grandfather and NFL Hall of Famers Johnny Unitas and Frank Gifford.
